Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, and are displayed before payment is completed. Overnight shipping and oversized-item shipments incur additional charges; for oversized shipments, we will contact you to confirm the additional cost before your order ships.

Processing Times

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2–3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders ship complete within 2–3 business days; a few manufacturer-ordered parts may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive and will ship to you immediately upon receipt.

Transit Times

Depending on your location, ground shipments usually take 2–7 business days. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized orders. Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion in an effort to reduce shipping cost to you.

Other Shipping Terms

We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship C.O.D. orders. In the unlikely event that a part is placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to locate one for you as quickly as possible.
